We currently offer eGift Cards, a digital gift that’s sent by email. We don’t currently offer physical gift cards, but plan to add them in the future.
How do I purchase eGift Cards online?
We carry e-gift cards in denominations of $10, $25, $50, $75, and $100. To order an eGift Card, view all of our convenient options on our website or contact our support team! We'll be happy to help you create the perfect gift!
How are eGift cards sent to recipients?
You're busy and need to save every second you can! That's why the Wade McCrory Collection eGift Cards are emailed to their recipients after you place your order, at the time you have specified. This can be immediately or at a designated date and time that you would like the eGift Card to be sent! Now that's convenient!
Can I purchase multiple gift cards in one order?
Yeppers you can! And what's even better... it's super simple to send gift cards to different recipients in one order! All you need to do is click on the 'send as a gift' button, insert the recipient details and click 'add to cart'. This process is repeated for additional recipients. Once you reach the cart page, you will see all gift cards with the corresponding recipient details and personalized greeting messages!
What should I do if my recipient hasn't received their eGift Card?
Ask your recipient to check their spam folder for an eGift Card email from the Wade McCrory Collection. No, Wade McCrory Collection eGift Cards have no expiration date.

Retail locations do not accept Wade McCrory Collection eGift Cards. Only our internal online store, wademccrorycollection.com, can and will accept gift cards as payment. All gift cards are only valid in the country where the card was purchased.
How do I use a Wade McCrory Collection eGift Card?
You can use our eGift Cards to shop on the Wade McCrory Collection website. Simply add items to your cart and go to checkout. At checkout, click “Apply Gift Card” and enter your eGift Card number and PIN.If you want to use your eGift Card later, go to the Store Credit section in your account and click “Add Store Credit” This will save your eGift Card to your Wade McCrory Collection account and Loyalty Card number so you can use it on a future order.
How do I return an item that I purchased with an eGift Card?
If you’re not 100% unconditionally satisfied with your candles, pleaseemail us 24/7 at returns@wademccrorycollection.com. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item(s) and apply a refund to the tender you purchased the item(s) with.
Am I able to return an eGift Card?
Unfortunately, you may not return, refund, or cancel your Wade McCrory Collection eGift Card for cash after it is received except as required by law. Purchasers who wish to cancel an eGift Card purchase order prior to its delivery to a recipient should contact our dedicated support team by emailing orders@wademccrorycollection.com or starting a live chat prior to the delivery date selected at the time of your purchase.If you return merchandise originally purchased with an eGift Card, any refund will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit that may be used in our online store, wademccrorycollection.com.
